Shipping policy

  1. Where can we ship our products?

We deliver within the European Union (except Malta, Cyprus and the outermost regions of the EU), United Kingdom. We may not be able to ship to some remote / isolated areas of some countries. In this case we will contact you for alternative solutions. Note: We do not ship to P.O.Boxes.

  1. How much does the shipping cost?

We provide a free shipping service by express courier for purchases of Celektron e-bikes and electric scooters, you don’t need to pay the shipping costs at check out. Instead, a shipping fee is applied for spare parts not under warranty and / or below a minimum cost of € 100,00; they will be shipped via express courier with tracking as well.

  1. How long does it take to receive your product and how to track it?

We will ship the order within 1 business day from the confirmation date. We will make every reasonable effort to deliver the goods on a specific agreed date, usually 24-48 hours, except in more internal areas or islands (up to a maximum of 72). Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an automated email with tracking information.

  1. What happens if you receive the wrong product?

Always sign subject to control (even with the package intact) upon receipt of the order. If you receive a damaged or defective product or you notice any discrepancies in quantity or quality between the delivered product or products and their specifications in the relevant order confirmation or invoice, take clear pictures of the situation and contact our customer service within 3 days of receipt of the product(s). We will investigate and make reasonable efforts to help you resolve the issue.

  1. In case of unforeseen circumstances

In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control (for example adverse weather conditions, unforeseeable delays caused by traffic congestion, road works, deviations or mechanical failures, unexpected production delays, delays caused by third party suppliers, in any case and extent beyond our reasonable control) we may not be able to deliver the goods within these times and we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of the goods if the delay or non-delivery is wholly or partly caused by such circumstances. In case of non-timely delivery, an alternative delivery date will be indicated. Special circumstances such as a high volume of orders, new product releases or restock days can also lead to longer shipping times. If so, we will note this on the product page and send a follow-up reminder by email.

  1. What happens if the products are lost during shipment?

In the event that the products ordered do not reach the address provided (if provided correctly) or are lost in the shipping process, we reserve the right to a full investigation and research which can take up to 30 days. Within this period, we reserve the right to withhold a full refund or have to resend the same products. We will always update you on the progress and results of the investigation, on which appropriate and reasonable action can be taken.
